Special Note: We strongly recommend booking your arrival flight one day before the trip begins. ⏰ Drop Timing: Guests will be dropped near Guwahati Airport/Railway Station between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the last day of the trip.
✈️ Travel Advisory: We strongly recommend booking your onwards flight or train after 11:00 PM on the final day or, preferably, for the following day. The company will not be responsible for missed flights or trains due to unforeseen delays caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
🏨 Optional Guwahati Stay: Guests with next-day departures may opt for an additional overnight stay in Guwahati at an additional cost Kindly inform us at the time of booking so that suitable accommodation can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
🚙 Bumla Pass Excursion: A local union vehicle is mandatory for visiting Bumla Pass & Madhuri Lake and is not included in the package. The government-approved charge is approximately ₹5,500 per vehicle, which can be shared by 4–6 guests.
🏨 Hotel Allocation: Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. In case the mentioned property is unavailable, a hotel/homestay of a similar category will be provided.
🍽️ Meals: Breakfast served in Tawang is generally simple and may have limited options due to the remote location.
⚡ Power Supply: Power interruptions are common in Tawang. Guests are advised to carry a power bank and essential electronic backups.
🔥 Room Heaters: Heaters may not function during peak hours due to electricity load restrictions and local power regulations.
🛏️ Room Sharing Policy
Triple Sharing: Three guests will be accommodated in one room with one double bed and one extra mattress, subject to hotel availability.
Quad Sharing: Four guests will be accommodated in one room with one double bed and two extra mattresses as per hotel policy.
Extra mattresses are generally placed on the floor.
👥 Tour Coordination
For group departures with 10 or more participants, a trip coordinator/tour leader may be assigned to assist with basic coordination throughout the journey.
For smaller groups, a dedicated coordinator or tour guide may not be available. In such cases, the driver will assist with itinerary coordination and transfers.
A WhatsApp group will be created before departure to share important updates, pickup details, trip information, and coordination throughout the journey.
The availability of a trip coordinator/tour leader is subject to operational requirements and group size.
